Trainers:  Industry experience is an important prerequisite for Academy Trainers. This experience enables trainers to relate real world situations to course participants. The industry is not critical as all are relevant to vocational learning. The ability to assist participants to convert learning to be applied in their workplace is important. All academy trainers need to have, or be able to attain; Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. There are opportunities for trainers throughout Australia.
